Our experience developing and managing affordable housing for low and moderate-income seniors at-risk of premature nursing home institutionalization, has provided us with great insight into the challenges of aging in place for seniors, particularly as it relates to the design, functionality and programming of senior housing. Our Firm’s senior independent living portfolio encompasses a range of affordable housing offerings targeted toward low and moderate-income seniors with an eye toward facilitating aging in place.
