Belchertown

Belchertown, Mass. Grantham Group partnered with MassDevelopment to develop an affordable assisted living project on the grounds of the former Belchertown State School. The total project cost was $19.5 million in 2017. This project is the first constructed as part of the development of the Carriage Grove Planned Community on the campus of the former Belchertown State School. Christopher Heights of Belchertown is a LEED-certified building.
